Marina Orikum is once again proud to welcome one of the Eastern Mediterranean ' s most distinguished sailing events, the 15th edition of the Brindisi-Vlorë International Regatta. Over the years, this prestigious competition has become a symbol of the enduring ties between Italy and Albania, bringing together sport, maritime heritage, tourism, and cultural exchange across the Adriatic.
Far more than a sailing race, the Brindisi-Vlorë Regatta represents a bridge of friendship between two nations connected by the sea. As Albania ' s premier nautical destination, Marina Orikum proudly reaffirms its role as the official host of this internationally acclaimed event, offering exceptional hospitality alongside stateof-the-art marina facilities that meet the highest international standards.
The regatta sets sail from the Port of Brindisi and concludes in the spectacular Bay of Vlorë after a challenging offshore course of approximately 70 nautical miles. The competition welcomes both monohull and multihull yachts and serves as a qualifying race for the prestigious Italian Offshore ORC Championship.
The yacht crossing the finish line first in real time will be awarded the Hospitality Trophy, a tribute to Albania ' s renowned spirit of welcome. Additional honours include the Mirko Gallone Trophy for the Overall ORC Winner, together with category awards recognising the finest performances across the fleet.
The celebrations will continue at Marina Orikum following the official prize-giving ceremony with a vibrant After Party Live, transforming the regatta ' s finale into a true celebration of the sea. The evening will feature acclaimed Albanian performers Kastriot Tusha and Ardian Trebicka, who will entertain sailors, guests, visitors, and the international sailing community with a memorable live performance.
