The Palace of Congresses became a meeting point for domestic and international business with the opening of the 32nd edition of the Tirana International Fair, organised by Klik Expo Group, running from 3 to 6 November 2026.
With more than 300 exhibiting companies, over 65% of them from abroad, the fair once again confirms its role as an important platform for promoting Albania’s economic potential, building partnerships and attracting investment.
The Tirana International Fair remains one of the most important events on the country’s economic and trade calendar, having served for more than three decades as a bridge between the Albanian and international markets.
Representatives of state institutions, entrepreneurs, business associations and investors from many countries are taking part in this edition, which brings together strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, technology, tourism and agriculture. Through the specialised TIF Power, TIF Tech, TIF Explore and TIF Agro platforms, the event creates concrete opportunities to exchange experience, showcase innovation and develop new avenues for cooperation.
In their speeches, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Enea Karakaçi, and the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla, highlighted the potential of their respective sectors, placing emphasis on new infrastructure projects, the development of energy capacity, the modernisation of agriculture and the prospects offered by European integration.
Among the participating companies, Concord Group drew particular attention as Albania’s leading investment group, with 35 years of experience in key sectors of the economy. With an established market presence and a portfolio spanning several areas of development, the group is presenting two projects that represent two important dimensions of investment in the country: coastal tourism and urban development.
Marina Orikum is an ambitious project that aims to put the Albanian Riviera on the international map of nautical tourism. Conceived as an integrated seafront destination, it brings together a modern marina, residences and private villas, a five-star hotel under the management of a prestigious international brand, a yacht club and spaces dedicated to leisure and wellbeing. With architectural design by Austrian architect Chris Precht, Marina Orikum aims to set a new standard for Mediterranean living and hospitality.
Meanwhile, Tirana Central Park represents Concord Group’s vision for contemporary urban development. Spanning more than 36,000 square metres, the mixed-use project combines modern residences, retail space, offices, hospitality and services, all organised around green spaces and community areas. Its strategic location and a concept that integrates living, working and leisure make the project an important part of the capital’s urban development.
